Donahue is the Managing Director of The PerformanceMaker Group, a consulting and training firm focused on helping
companies and organizations achieve operational excellence and business results.
He built his career by providing performance consulting services
and training to Learning and Development professionals working in the biggest names across many industries - The Coca-Cola
Company, McDonald’s, Nike, Chick-fil-A, Citibank Europe, Scandinavian Airlines, and Abbott Laboratories. Over
the last 16 years he has personally trained and equipped over 30,000 Training, OD, and sales professionals on three continents.
He has used his training and business skills to help drive major corporate initiatives in areas such as sales force effectiveness,
price increase strategies, corporate university strategy, and the transfer of training back to the workplace.
Terrence has driven results for the organizations he has worked for by introducing world-class practices
and making them common practice in his organizations. He has held roles ranging from Senior Vice President of Training and
Development at the world’s largest professional services firm for Learning and Development Professionals, The Director
of Training of North America at JohnsonDiversey, and Vice President of Instructor Quality at the National Restaurant Association.

and tools to succeed in their roles. Terrence is a popular keynote speaker at major business events and a top-rated
presenter at industry trade shows. He is on the renown Speaker's Bureaus of ASTD (The American Society for Training
and Development) and CHART (The Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers). He also excels in his frequent
role as coach for senior executives and leaders in the corporate and non-profit environments and well as for several large
global ministries.
